 he subleased a resteraunt in charleston tn 40 mile from chattanooga tn. writes bad checks to vendors. suprermarkets and employees. he had court on may 8th 2014 he never showed for court week before his court date he laid out not coming into work cause he was sick.. no so not true he didnt come to work cause he didnt have a vehicle he drove around in a uhaul.. that was reported stolen from kentucky they came to the resteraunt took uhaul back.. he lived in a sleezy hotel in cleeland tn. employees called court on may 8th 2014 to see if he was there..

he had court set on may 8th 2014 for writing bad checks he didnt show for court then employees called his hotel to see if he was there he had  checked out and owner of hotel or mngr of hotel said he saw him standing outside of greyhound employees tried caLLING HIM AND TEXTING HIM ALLDAY he had already changed his number. employees knew what hotel he was in and what room number he was in cause the last week he ddnt come into work he would call them and tell them to bring the night deposists to him.

he also mistreated a man down on his luck no job no i.d no home the man slept in the back of his truck for almost 2 months working for terry for no pay had no money to shower   and got no pay from terry for 2 months. yeah he gave him some money here and there for small things like smokes. on math 6th he made the man leave cause he knew the man was getting help getting an i.d so he could get paid. and skipped 2 days after leaving an employee for days that couldnt get his check cashed working over 90 hrs at $10.00 an hrs

The statements made by the person at Hands are in correct. First off colors are correct and layout is the same. Second amount asked for was only for what was done not any work that was not completed. Person at hands would contact company day and nite and then i. The middle informed us that his sign sizes had to be changed but expected same date when a complete size change and redo had to be done and waste of materials. Hands everywhere acts like you should jump when they say but when asked for money for work that WAS completed not items that ere on hold until payment was made again ONLY invoice was for WORK DONE, NOT FUTURE to be done. They do not pay. Plain and simple. They lie to try to make their selves look better.

this company  did not  do the work that  was  asked of for them

the colors  was  off and the  guy  stopped in the middle of  the work and  asked for  full payment  since  it was  taking  longer

he also  NEVER  showed up when he  scheduled  a time  and  never  called to say he was  late or  anything  but  yet  expects to  get paid  when  the work was not  completed...
