Text Vending bulk SMS for less Alan - Owner/Manager After I cancelled my service they continued to bill my card. They said they would credit my card back and have failed to do so. Now will not respond to my calls and e-mails. California

I had been a loyal client of Text Vending for OVER 3 years. This past year they made changes to their platform not consistent with my needs. After talking with Alan, the owner/manager, I cancelled my service, however, Text Vending continued to bill my bank account. I contacted Alan, the owner/manager by text to insure they actually cancelled my account and was assured by Alan (I kept all the texts) that I would be refunded the excess charges. After several attempts through phone calls and texts directly to Alan with no response from him. I re-contacted Text Vending through their web page to insure there was no miscommunication and thereafter, I texted Alan again. I have never received any response from either of them.

Even after pointing out points #1&2 to Alan I still receive no resolution prompting this post to Rip Off Report;

1. the texts document Text Vending continued to bill me after I cancelled my service.

2. the amount Text Vending is attempting to steal from me is less than the total cost of filing the small           claims action and cost of service.

3. I have done an extensive California Secretary of State Business Records Search and Text Vending IS NOT      registered as California Corporation or LLC. 

4. I have done an extensive Ficticious Business Name Search in my county and surrounding counties and I      find Text Vending IS NOT registered as a DBA or FBN in the local area.

6. Text Vending has NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS.

7. Text Vending has NO PHYSICAL PRESENCE in the market place.

8. Text Vending DOES NOT EXIST. It is NOT a California Company!

9. TEXT VENDING IS NOT a legitimate business entity. Therefore You and your company will have ZERO          legal recourse against Text Vending, (remember, Text Vending doesn't exixt!) as Alan rips you off                  financially OR more importantly....in my opinion, IF Alan "causes harm" to any of your clients, customers,      members or  anyone contacted by you using Alan's service, identified as Text Vending, you may be              lawfully responsible    for damages to those individuals Alan contacted.
