This company uses the excitement and monetary need of people looking to work hard to exploit them. The company's owner is a millionaire. You however will never amass any kind of fortune working for  Edward Lee Shackelford. I think its really sad that a millionaire who could be generous, treats his employees so poorly. You will be promised the moon but will recieve little in the way of fair compensation. You will never see a dime of return on the money and effort that you put into being a insurance professional working for this company. I am planning on reporting this company to the North Carolina and South Carolina Insurance commissioner. You will go weeks maybe months before you have a positive balance in your account. You recieve fractions of the commision that you work so hard to obtain. YOU WILL NOT GET PAID PERIOD!!! compared to the money and effort it takes to get started in the insurance business. If you are trying feed yourself or your family do not go to work for this company. The home office is unorganized, the computer system is a joke... You will never know whats going on with your policy unless you call the insurance company directly and then they send the commission check to Archdale NC and GOOD LUCK TRYING TO TRACK YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.... DO NOT GO TO WORK FOR THEM ... if you do .. YOU WILL REGRET IT !!! the longer you are active as agent with this company... the more MONEY you are LOSING!!!!
