The Best Painters LLC vandalize my home mesa az

ALBERT (owner) was very nice to agree with the $ several painters quoted me to paint the exterior of my house.  His 2 crews do the work (prep/taping/spraying) BUT they missed lots of details ( crack damages around wood trim unfilled, stucco repairs gone wrong, back patio trim unpainted, large cracks around most exterior windows unfilled, wrong sheen used on garage door, etc. )  He's been doing this for over 10yrs.  When asked ALBERT about issues, he said "Don't interrupt the crew...let them finish the work THEN fix details LATER".  BIG MISTAKE!!!  You need to do it right the 1st time.  Well it took them more than 5hrs to fix after the house was completed or redo by hand what was missed.  Materials to filled in cracks were there on site but was untouched.   Communication was limited and Albert was not around the whole time.  He was there 1st day to get the deposite and the last hr of the last day for the final payment.  However, ALBERT was eager to make things right by fixing the problems that i point out.  Not so fast, when time come to do the work he pointed out he didn't promise that and so i had to reminded him. He defended his crew stating the reason was they just paint and usually don't fill in cracks but he'll make an exception this time for me.  No sympathy for the numerous issues that i pointed out so i don't know if its intention or just you get what you paid for.  Again i appreciate ALBERT for the $ match another painter.  Its hard to be happy when job are not done right even when a contract is written in place to make sure things like this does not happened.  Again lots of prep work was put into this BUT having to REWORK by hand brush degrade the quality of the final product and the happiness of the customer.  At the end, i notice they were rushing and not happy fixing so quality is not on the mind.  I did lot of research to pick the right pro for the work based on reviews, years in business, bond and license, but it wasn't good enough.

I paid him $2600 for the service even though i'm not satisfied.  

a week later i decide to see if they caused any damage to my roof.  so i text him this...

ALBERT, Over the weekend, my wife and I were confronted with a unsettling discovery upon inspecting the rooftop of our property. It was not the large cracked tiles that caught our attention, but rather an act of vandalism and disrespect towards our property. We discovered that someone had deliberately poured a substantial amount of paint onto the roof beneath the solar panels – and what is even more disturbing, they did it not once, but twice. It appears that this individual is disgruntled for unknown reason. Let me be perfectly clear: I hired your services and paid for them with the expectation that you would paint my house, not damage my property. This extreme act constitutes a crime, and it is utterly unacceptable. Someone must be held accountable for their actions and behavior. Given the circumstances, I must express my disapproval of any future visits by YOU or YOUR crew to my property. The breach of TRUST that has occurred is simply intolerable. See attached videos as evidence. In addition, I will be filing a dispute with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), as well as notifying the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, to ensure that this matter is properly addressed. Furthermore, I am considering reaching out to Gary Harper, a senior investigative reporter for Arizona's Family On Your Side team, for assistance in bringing this situation to light. ...his response below...

• We did not poured nothing sir I feel only nothing but disrespect from you . I will prove that that's not our paint and non of my guys had nothing to do up there that's not even the color we used . And if some body did this it was on purpose and was non of my guys . . Please do what ever you want to do I will fight on my side too . I have witnesses you don't and proves videos and over all I have confidence of what we do and confidence in my people . Please be a man and confront me in person or over the phone .
