The Billing Center Time Customer Service, Inc. Money scam ficticious bill with no working phone contact Tampa Florida

I received a fictitious bill and tried to contact them several times by phone.  The phone number goes directly to a series of touch tone prompts to a ‘Please hang up’ message. I have called several times, trying different combinations (1.800.992.0916) to no avail. I could never get a hold of anyone, only a message saying 'Please hang up'.

I have not ordered, nor do I receive anything from this company. I wrote a letter and I stated that if they try to contact me again regarding this invoice, I will contact my attorney. I have every intention of suing the company if they try to extort money from me or ruin my credit. This is a fictitious bill and they need to stop.
