I paid in full for a remanufactured marine engine (3.7L Mercruiser Longblock) in September 2014. Today is March 12, 2015, over 6 months have passed since the order. The Engine Center has refused to cancel my order or refund the $2,845 they are holding. i have made many contacts with the same result, "no delivery date, no refund". Many excuses have been offered, several times, they are simply unbelievable. i have lost faith that i will ever see the money or the engine.

It looks like this is happening over and over to many of us. I have been in touch with the Indiana State Attorney General's office. If there is a way we can all group together, they can handle this as on large fraud issue which would result in more serious charges - there are varying degrees of criminal fraud and theft. If anyone has already hired an attorney, it would be great if you can post thier information. Some of you have let this go and taken the loss. I refuse to do so and will persue this to the end. I will either get my engine back and a full refund or I will take any and all steps necessary to put the 3 of them behind bars.
