The Geek mob We called them on Thursday 5/20/2021 at 3 pm and set up a appointment for between 11am and 1pm. The tech called us at 9:30pm to get some info and let us know he would be there at 9am on 05/21. He arrived at 9am and tried to fix the email and chrome he worked on it for 15 minutes and the rest of the time he was on the phone with someone. He said it was fixed but did not know how much it cost and he told us it would be around 30 to 40 dollars and he left. When we restarted the computer we had the same problem we called the geek mob and told them we had same problem they offered to send someone else out. We told them no and how much was the the bill they said 150 dollars and we tried to cancel it but they said we cannot.
