I used to go to this store quite often as a Medical Marijuana Card Holder. I was hoping that they were as friendly as people around me told me they had experienced, this was not the case and not what I experienced. I am a Trans Woman who dresses and presents as Feminine. I don't have a beard and try to speak in a feminine voice. This company has made me feel this I am not welcome there.

My first time coming in I didn't meet the Manager and was treated quite nicely by a sweet lady in black glasses and a kinda a sporty attitude. The entire transaction was very smooth and I felt completely happy leaving the store. This was not the case for the return visit, about a weekish later I had decided to stop by and pickup some more medicine for myself and was greeted by a new lady who was a little older but had a kind smile as I can in.

I greeted her and I saw her pause for a moment on my ID which hadn't been changed yet to match my Gender preferences. The new lady then continued to use He/Him and call me sir during the entire sale, I was mortified. I didn't know what to say and wasn't really comfortable making anything of it.

I left quite embarrassed as another new employee had come down and was there watching as this all happened. I wanted to say something but almost felt like I was ganged up on as the two women laughed and talked as I walked out after the purchase.

I decided to give the store one more try and this time I got the same older lady again that had been so kind at first but changed as soon as she realized I was Trans. This time the lady decided to drop a very loud "Sir" after everything and I quickly just made my purchase and decided to not come back, again I wanted to say something but just didn't want to make an argument out of it.

I felt very unsafe in the building and around this person, Its very clear they have a deep seeded hate towards the Trans community at the least if not the whole LGBTQ community at large possibly..
