If you choose to order from this company online, please be VERY careful, as their website's integration with PayPal (the only purchase option they offer) is messy.
From their site (theherbcottageDOTcom), when I selected the link to order vetiver grass, displayed as "1-10 Slips, $3.50 each plus $8.50 US Priority Mail Shipping", the page immediately connected to PayPal and started creating a purchase transaction for 1 item, which was billed at $12.99 ($3.50 + $8.50 shipping + 0.99 tax). This transaction executed without my intervention, confirmation, or ANYTHING asking me to verify the accuracy of my order.
Because they charge so much for shipping, it was my INTENT to purchase 10 of these, and when I tried to contact the store through the contact option on their website to alert them that I needed to change the order, I was completely ignored. About 4 hours later, I received an email that the item had already shipped!
Typically, on sites like this, you expect to be able to select an item and a quantity before the site connects to a financial site like PayPal to complete the transaction. But this site does not do that! So again, if you order from them, just be wary of how the site behaves.
I can't say for certain that this is an intentional rip-off, as I have no idea what the owner's intent really is, but their website design/interface can most definitely create a rip-off situation for you if you're not VERY careful! Plus, the fact that they did not respond to my request for help in fixing my order is very troubling.

I ultimately received a very positive response from the site owner at The Herb Cottage! I decided to place a 2nd order with them for the additional 9 items that I wanted, because (1) I wanted to see how they would react, and (2) in all honesty, I couldn't find anyone else who sold vetiver in the entire United States!
When I placed the 2nd order, I asked if they had gotten my initial request to update the first order. At that point, and without question, they refunded the shipping on the 2nd order. Consider me a satisfied customer!! In the grand scheme of things, this may be more of a problem with PayPal functionality than it is this vendor.
