It's has been 8 months since David Mitchell (Owner) has collected our payment for a custom built Reception desk. I was originally promised that it would begin being built within 8 weeks. After 12 weeks passing and never ever receiving any communication what so ever, I attempted to call and see what the deal was. I was avoided to a Large extent, emails, phone calls, Never returned! I've had previously read many reviews of others having the same issues as me. After calling and emailing for nearly 2 weeks, David called and informed me my desk was in production and would be shipped soon. Here I am stuck, 8 months has passed! No refund, No desk! It was all a lie and complete waste of my husband and my time! My new business struggled at our opening, because how are you to greet customers without a desk in the lobby? We had to settle for an Ikea desk and am now in civil process of sueing David Mitchell and his business "The Industrial Farmhouse" for all of our damages and wasted time, as well as our $6,000 he collected and refuses to refund! Stay far away! Do not deal with this crook! He is a bottom feeder/used car salesmen and will basically tell you anything you want to hear to get your money and never deliver! Save yourself the troubles-he's got Scam Artist written all over his forehead!!! Consider yourself warned!!

The report filed is a false report which has been crafted by an individual in an attemp to cause harm to our company. We do not have any record of a client with this name or order ever made to ship a 6k reception desk to Florida. In an attemp to resolve this matter we request that the person who filed this please submit your contact information immediately so we can have a direct line of communication. We expect this false report to be removed immediately as it is not accurate and is only an attempt by a malicious individual to cause harm.
