Charles who is the CEO of The Memory Company is a complete con and dishonest business man. We wired him money for merchandise we never received.
We have tried numerous times to get our money back but he refused to send. He will curse you out in emails, and act like a true unprofessional. There are over hundreds of reviews of past and former employees who have worked for Charles that have spoken and came out to say what a con and thief that he is. He even stiffs his own employees and is out to make a buck for himself.
Please be warned, I would stay 10 feet away from this guy, and I would head with caution doing business with The Memory Company. Its people like Charles and The Memory Company who make america not great.
I believe in Karma, and what goes around comes around. I would leave Charles to the one above and I could assure you he will get his paddle just like he paddled his employees for years.

Long gets rid of the nice employee you know the ones who try to take advantage or cheat them out of their belongings. But he hires thugs who will mistreat people. Long has money to hire a lawyer to protect him that is why he didn't think twice before coming on our property acting like a criminal thug with his workers moving hammars up and down their had like they are going to use it as a weapon if you don't comply with them.

It really ticked me off how selfish auto owners was, when mike long was selfish and greedy enough for stealing my riding lawn mower that was given to me from my dying grandfather. Long already had his needs met and had his own riding lawn mower. Him and his son taunted me laughing because they got away with what they did.
Auto owners is the worst s*** hole of a insurance company ever. Wouldn't even take full responsibilty of what mike long did to me and pay the extra $1,000 with the billions that they have. I never did get me a new riding lawn mower.
I will never have me another riding lawn mower. With them costing around $2,000.

I too believe in karma when people cause you injustices it will hit them hard back. Mike Long refuse to return my riding lawn mower that was given to me from my grandfather which I never had a riding lawn mower anymore, he didn't have any mercy on me and wouldn't return it. So it makes him and his son criminal thieves. He also sold stolen property and the people that received it are criminals to for buying stolen property from long.
I too have warned people not to rent to own from mike long with long buildings. But if they choose to still rent from him. Don't whine to me of he stills all their shed contents like he did us and sells them off.
