My family business lost a lot of money to these crooks, headed up by an Indian couple living in Agoura Hills, California named Abdul Ali and Zeenat Mithani, and their son Taufiq Mithani.

According to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) they have 36 negative reviews in 2 years as of today, March 11, 2013, and their review status is "F. All of the negative comments have been deleted by BBB. Why is this?
Not to worry...I have copied all of them and will re-post on RipOff Reports.

In their BBB "Trustlink" review section, there are 16 reviews, 14 of which are clearly bogus, fraudulent, false, wrong, or whatever you want to call it.

I just sent this email to BBB asking them to remove the 14 false reviews. Here is my request for removal:

Bogus reviews (14 of them) in November, 2011, plus the first one in June 3, 2012. What a remarkable coincidence: The Merchant Solutions became a BBB member on May 25, 2010, only 9 (that's right: 9) days earlier.
IT DEFIES EXPLANATION THAT THESE 14 REVIEWS ARE NOTHING IF NOT FALSE, AND SHOULD BE REMOVED.

(HOW CAN IT BE THAT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING REVIEWERS HAVE NOT HAD A SECOND REVIEW SINCE NOVEMBER 2011, A PERIOD OF 16 MONTHS TO TODAY (MARCH 11, 2013). OF COURSE NOT, THEYARE ALL FALSE. NONE OF THESE BUSINESSES EVEN EXIST.
