PAYMENT PROCEDURE

AGREEMENT AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Owner of the apartment agrees that the Renter is an adult and will be the occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period. Other occupant will be family members, friends or responsible adults. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling into the foregoing categories, and as a result they will vacate the property immediately without refund. No keys will be issued to anyone who is not an adult from 16yrs EXCEPT a student but will provide detailed information from the school authorities.

In an event of cancellation it is necessary to notify owner as soon as possible. Attempt will be made to re-rent the accommodation. If we are successful your deposit will be refunded immediately. This agreement shall not be assigned or the premises sublet without written consent of me the Landlord.

Pets are allowed on the following conditions: guest with pets must check-out earlier so that the cleaning staff will have an ample time to clean and sanitize the home. That includes properly disposing of waste materials. You must also control your pets at all time at all times, and never leave your pets unattended. You must clean the apartment the way you met it when you arrived.

The security deposit is $200 for a vacation rental. This includes pets deposits if applicable, and other damages that may arise when you stay in the apartment. The security deposit will be fully refunded on your departure date provided that the real and personal property are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms are met.
We know that getting an apartment online is very challenging; we dont accept checks because of scammers who give fake checks or also scam peoples bank account. We want you to transfer the deposit to our Accountant via WESTERN UNION. The deposit enables us to reserve and secure the apartment for you. Our Accountants details are stated below:

The apartment is fully furnished and you may need not to come along with any other things except your personal toiletries for your use during your stay. The Home is a private one and there will be no cause for alarm. But if you are, do inform the house-keeper for him to call the Police for an emergency because we guarantee 100% security.
