Ticketbust.com Steven F. Miller, Ticketbust.com Misrepresentation on their Presentation!!!! Internet, California

I have multiple citations and I was calling around for legal representation, an attorney. Looked online and called 2 places of businesses. First thing out of my mouth was "I am looking for an attorney". The two businesses said they couldn't help me and that was that.

The third call I made was to ticketbust.com. I told a female rep, that answered phones for ticketbust.com, that I was looking for an attorney to represent me in multiple traffic citations. She replied back with her whole sales pitch of how they have a 99% success rate. That they had a money back guarantee of only $100 not the entire $249/per citation. She never once told me that she was not an attorney nor her boss she represents.

I paid them $996 for (4) traffic citations. Here we go with the first one. I have never tried fighting a ticket through the courts so I am unfamiliar with this process. Here we go with the appeals for the first ticket and the courts want me to show up in person. I call ticketbust.com to find out which attorney will be going with me to court and christina hammer, a representative for ticketbust.com told me no body would be going with me. I found that very strange but I didn't question it. My fault.

To make a long story short, we have lose 3 cases, I'm on the verg of my license being suspended, which was the whole reason why I hired ticketbust.com to avoid that and they really hadn't done anything for my cases other than mail off a bunch of paperwork to the courts.

El Monte court clerks inform me that if I want to schedule for another court case that I could either write a letter to the judge or if I had legal council, they could fill out paperwork for me but she wouldnt tell me what that was. I called ticketbust.com and informed one of the females that I need them to get me another court date and fill out that paperwork and start doing attorney duties as I hired them to do. At that time christina hammer or sarah beth pfeifer told me that they were not attorney. All they did was file paperwork and they have done all they can. I was pissed to hear that they basically B.S'd me to get my money. 

I'm tired of these female reps. I asked to speak to their boss, Steven F. Miller. During my conversation, steven f. miller, then informs me that they are not attorneys that all he does is file paperwork on my behalf. He informed me that if I had read the contracts he e-mailed me that it would have explained everything about what he does. My fault that I didn't read those contracts thouroughly, but I was going by what his reps had told me. I had asked enough questions the first time I called that I felt confident about hiring this company. I didn't know this company had been bullshitting me from the start.

Steven F. Miller knew he was wrong and tried to defend his company by telling me his reps never said any of the accusations I was making to him and at that time I kept telling him that I didn't remember a third party on the phone the first time I called. The first time I called to possibly hire this company, on the phone was only me and one of the female reps. It wasnt me, female rep, and steven F. miller yet he tried to defend his company by arguing with me on what his reps told me, as if he were there on the conversation the whole time. Reason why he was doing this was to not return any of my money.

Ticketbust.com, Steven F. Miller, and his whole organization is nothing more then a fruad and a theif. I encourage anybody reading this to boycott ticketbust.com and all other businesses like them. They bullshitted me, stole my money, and did nothing for me. I paid over $2000 in bail fees and ticketbust.com lost all my money.

I will report this company to the BBB and I will do everything in my power to bring this company down. Being a webmaster and having admin rights on about 100 website, I will personally create an image boycotting ticketbust.com on all my client web pages for many years to come and I encourage the public to fax, call, e-mail steven F miller at steve@ticketbust.com and give him a piece of your mind.
