It is so difficult to find someone after these stupid laws went into effect.
More or less I was in town for business. The girl that showed up attractive. After we settled our business transaction, she was completely evasive and would not go within a few feet of me.
She explained that I had just paid for a strip show. She is running some sort of bate and switch act.

And I'm not sure what laws you're talking about. However, since prostitution is illegal and has been for a very long time, it becomes hard to figure out what your expectation here was with regards to this transaction? It is impossible to claim ripoff if the service you expected to be performed was illegal.
The entire narrative, starting with the title, and then describing your activities as john, largely violates the TOS of this site and I fully expect the report to be redacted at some point by one of the moderators......
