I purchased 4 new tires for my boat trailer. I had my shop install them. The shop reported that one of the tires had a pin hole leak in the sidewall that was not noticeable until it was under pressure. I called Tire Rack and they said they would send another tire out and have the bad one picked up.

Just now I got a call saying they would not replace it because it had a damaged bead (done by my installer) and that they would charge my credit card for an extra tire. The tire was not damaged by my shop. Total baloney. Total sham.
