We provide manufactured goods to clients across the globe from a combination of suppliers both overseas and domestic. KC Hilites (KC Lighting) located in Arizona is the final destination of a new LED Light Glove, through the inventor company of a product that we manufactured. Our company discussed details with the CEO of KC Lighting that would be the quality points that we would need to deliver.

We delivered to those quality points at under a 1% defective rate. At that time, we were notified that KC Lighting was rejecting about 20% of the units for a "defect" that was undefined in prior conversations.

A payment of $14,700  is owed by the client (T&M Tactical) due to an invented quality defect by his client KC Hi-lites.

The customer T&M Tactical, after 45 days is not making any mention on the last payment due, and claims that they will be paid after this rework is completed. I had offered to rework the units through a client of mine to expedite the process and so the units would not leave Arizona. The client refused that offer. The parts then went from Arizona to Ohio to be reworked and now is sitting in a warehouse waiting rework while being given excuses on date of rework.
