TME*T+L Family Travel + Leisure Family Club c/o Synapse Group, Inc. T+L Family Club Four Unauthorized $19.95 Payment Withdrawls Stamford CT

In July I noticed a charge for $19.95 that appeared on my bank statement under TME*T+L Family, and I had never heard of them. After calling the bank to inquire about this, I was informed of 3 other $19.95 taken from my account the previous 3 months. With only TME*T+LF on my statement to go by, I googled it.

I was able to find it was the Travel + Leisure Family Club 1-855-289-4758. I called and a woman(Alice) with a foreign accent answered and I told her my name only & about these charges. She said not to worry "We will stop these withdrawal payments today" Is there anything else?" I said, "Yes I would like $79.80 refunded back on the four $19.95 payments. Then she asked for my email, home address & phone number(Which you would think she would have asked for that information when she said she would stop anymore charges as of this day) so she could lookup my account.

I told her, "you have no account for me whatsoever" and she said "just give her the information and I will check". I told her I had already checked. I went to web page prior to calling phone number. If someone is having payment withdrawals from any online company will ALWAYS also have an accessible customer account, logins can vary between email address plus password or login name plus password. This specific login requires email plus password.

So I put in my one and only email address and instead of password I pressed the highlighted "Forgot Your Password?" that is part of all account logins. That means that the company you have an account with, will send you an email to the email address you have opened your account with, thus giving accessibility to change password. My email address was not recognized, which means I definitely had no account with them. Because if you are having payment withdrawals for anything with any company then you most definitely have an account with them.

When I explained this to her and that they were listed on Ripoffreport.com, she then said she would turn this into her supervisor right away & I would be e-mailed in 3 business days(I gave her my email address).I then asked the woman the name of her supervisor and she put me on hold for about 2 minutes(if she was going to turn this in to her supervisor as she said earlier, why wouldn't she know this person's name?)and when she returned she gave me a name.

I then asked for a phone number for that supervisor and she put me on hold again. She gave me a phone number when she came back & said to expect an email on the situation in 3-5 business days. Well I checked my email and they refunded 1 payment of $19.95. I now obviously have to call and deal with them again. I spoke with them and apparently it was an oversize and will now supposedly they will refund the rest in 3-5 business days. We'll see what happens.
