Tobacco Plains Realty in Eureka, Montana should not be trust by the general public. Greg Hanson, a real estate agent for the company, misrepresented the rental house at 7288 Fortine Creek Road in Trego. The house is totally infested with pack rats. The pack rats have eaten through insulation in the basement and come and go as they please inside the house.

I had rented the house and moved my things in before I realized that the pack rats were presenting a public health problem. There was nothing I could do - the pack rats were urinating and leaving droppings all over the house, all over the kitchen counters and all over my belongings.

The owner of the house, Betsy Rogolino of Fort Pierce/ Port St. Lucie, Florida, agreed last November to return my rent and deposit ($2,200), minus a reasonable dollar amount to pay for winterizing the house. That would be about $1,800.

After waiting patiently for her refund, I called her and she told me that she was not giving me any money back. She also told me that I needed to call Greg Hanson from Tobacco Plains Realty so that he could tell her to give me my money back.

I am a patient person, a Christian and a gentle person when it comes to dealing with others. Betsy Rogolino is a member of the FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH

OF PORT ST. LUCIE.
She handles the finances at that church, and I want people to know that Betsy has stolen my money and should not be trusted to handle church money or anyone else's money.

As for Greg Hanson, it is a hard thing to understand why a member of the LDS Church in Eureka, Montana would be involved in this kind of a scheme. I have spoken with him several times by phone. He has ignored me, and he is the one who can release the refund to me from Betsy Rogolino.

I am asking people to pray for a resolution to this matter. These are hard economic times, and Betsy Rogolino, Greg Hanson and Tobacco Plains Realty of Eureka, Montana have stolen my money and denied responsibility for this theft.
