#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
These are Jerry **** (swimdads) invoices
AUTHOR: Carefree Boat Club - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, October 20, 2012
I never authorized this company or signed any repair orders
With this company
I have never met with Keith Hinze High Tec Marine Service
Keith is trying to collect the unpaid bill that Jerry ordered for work on his Boat
And told to send Carefree Boat Club the bill.
I was told that Keith was run off the boat by the owner
For not fixing any of the problems and causing new problems
And over billing on work that was never preformed
And now Keith trying to collect from a third party (Carefree Boat Club)
For a boat that was never accepted into our program
These engine issues were caused by Mr **** putting
Water into the fuel tanks and causing injector failure and fuel
Pump failure
It is now my understanding that Keith Hinze is now very
Sick and we wish him the very best in his recovery
