Tony's Studio Of Hair Design Not what I asked for Brampton, Ontario

I recently went to Tony's as the salon I usually go to was booked up. I went to the mall and all of the salons had a wait list of 2 hours or more, I went over to Tony's and they had a stylist available right then so I showed them a picture of what I wanted and the guy at the counter said no problem I then went to the chair I was directed to the stylists name was Frank. I showed frank the picture and he said no problem so he started on my hair I noticed it getting shorter and shorter I questioned that and he said that this is how short it is supposed to be, then he gets to the end of the cut and gives me bangs across my forehead which was not in the cut he then replied no this is also part of the cut. . . he blow dried my hair and curled the bangs under this was definitely not the haircut I asked for 5 inches shorter then the picture and bangs straight across my forehead ( I do not have a face for bangs ) I was not happy and told him this and he tried to tell me that this was the cut I asked for and it clearly was not the same cut he showed me how the bangs were in style on the other pictures of hairstyles I informed him this does not look the same so he told me when I go home I can style it the same as the picture. I am sorry but he is the stylist should he not be styling my hair the way I asked him for that he said sure no problem that I was paying him for? Anyway I was not refunded or anything that is not their policy, I guess not getting what you asked for is there policy as well. I will never go there again and if asked about the salon I will tell people to run far far away.
