I've been ridesharing for a while. Recently, I was approached by some people about this new company that's supposed to be better that Uber&Lyft. It touts itself as the "GREATEST OF ALL TIME" and i sat through an hour+ long live of the company leader or something Torsten Kunert AKA Rideshare Professor. He has been an Uber/Lyft shill for years and now he wants to start his own. He's been leading people to join those companies so he can earn a fee even though he knows that the new drivers wont make any real money because Uber & Lyft are taking more and more money out of peoples fares.
After watching his pitch, I come to find out there is no app. They dont have any real company website. It's some cheap fundrasing thing going on. He claims that if they don't reach 25k raised by September, 2019, the monies will be used for his "street team platform" I think he's going to take the money and run.
Where is the product? Where is the corporate team? Where are the drivers or riders/customers? Why wont the money be returned to the people if this company doesnt go anywhere? Why do people have to "donate"?
