Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I applied for a loan at tower loan December 9,2019,they take money out of my account every month in the ammount of $166.00,this loan should have been paid off,they say I still owe $1,564.00..they also discriminate me just because I collect diasability for cervical dystonia and fibromyalgia..they are constantly calling me and wont leave me alone..
I already filed with BBB and a complaint with the State.I want to know why they are allowed to make a profit off a 2,000 loan and conitinue to do this ona daily basis to the public.

Are you being charged an amount greater than you agreed to? What are the terms of the loan?

Is that what is owed on the initial balance or does it include penalties?

Specifically, what did they do that was discriminatory?
"they are constantly calling me and wont leave me alone"
Are they calling due to your failure to pay as agreed?
"I want to know why they are allowed to make a profit off a 2,000 loan"
You appear confused by the concept of lending. Lenders earn their income by charging interest.
