i know kenny monteiro for over 10 years and he is a honest hardworking
christian family man who has only good intent and has never tried to hurt anyone mattel is just jealous the kenny can create a good product and just feels threatened by his thrive to succeed. Kenny has references  from many law enforcement and fire departments in the state of ma. You could even check them directly through the police and fire  stations that they work from so it will verify that they are for real. I'm am pretty sure that the Mattel complaint is not really them and just someone who knows kenny and is making trouble.  He knows alot of police officers and fire personnel  that would back him up.  Kenny is just not the kind of person to pull other people into his fight.  call me for there names and numbers 617 417 6468 I'm sure all you people against kenny will be to scared to challenge me and never want to here the true from my voice do yourself a favor and close you mouth i will make you eat your words.

It seems like a trivial point, I was aware that "roomers" was copied and spelled wrong. It is spelled "rumors". Most people know this except the person who filed this report.

However,  the correct spelling  in this rebuttal should have  been "tainted" not taunted.

SUPPORTERS OF THE FREE MARKET BEWARE,  Goliath aka Mattel in their attempt to squash a small enterpreneur Ken Monteiro aka David had to resort to false truths,  fabrications and slander, in order to prevent a competing product from entering the marketplace . Wasn't that big of them?  Proam Marketing is a small start-up trying to compete in the board game market. I am Ken Monteiro and I am the inventor of the game Free Enterprise. Instead on letting me compete and fail as they are so sure I will, they had to attack me and other fine companies. I would like to address Mattel accusations and let the public come to its own conclusion.

1. Mattel needed  to claim they believe  I stole the game from a Competitor don't they know, with all of their resources couldn't they have found out, I challenge them to prove that I am not the inventor. Every Freedom loving Americian should be appalled at what this company did to try to prevent me from succeeding.

2 The grand prize is covered by an insurance policy from a company that told me they have paid out over FIFTY MILLION dollars in the last fifteen years, not bad for a company who doesn't like to pay.

3. I have never called anyone claiming  to be a police officer, fireman or with any municipal agency. I have in the past worked  on behalf of many organizations, with police officers by my side,  to raise money for death and disability funds of police officers who risk their lives to protect us and keep us safe. Mattel called this work a scam. They should be ashamed of themselves, what they should do is go talk to the family of a police officer who was killed in  the line of duty, and tell them not to take any money from the association. Mattel should understand that many organizations, at times, need to hire skilled labor to get things done.  Some would say companies who sell taunted  lead products are scams.  If fact I think, selling taunted lead products has become far  more of a liability then my product design will ever be.

4. Roomers, how can a major corporate like Mattel,  with all the sophisticated information gather technology they must have, attack me  and make disparaging remarks and build a case on what I have done or not done on the basis of "roomers." I hope they don't run the company on 'roomers"  Mattel never called me to gather any  facts or information. I would have   been happy to talk to them They just  decided to make up stories as they say based on roomers. Roomer has it Elvis wonks at a Burger King but we all know how untrue that is. If fact, it is just as untrue as what they are saying about me.  What Mattel did is just another sign of corporate greed.  This is the Christmas season of 09 and unlike their unethical and immoral comments against me, I hope that Mattel sells a lot of toys because that is how  Free Enterprise works .  And I also hope Mattel stays in the toy business and out of the  "gossip" business and doesn't find itself in need of stooping to these kinds of unscrupulous tactics against  me or anyone else.
