Toydemon sent me a product that was missing a device and was entirely in Japanese!! It was also way overpriced. they are RUDE and will not take returns for the defective products. Do not buy from them. You will regret it.

The experience you described is not one that matches the quality of customer service we are known for. Our staff have look through all our records and double check all communications but could not find any cases where we were less than courteous about an order issue or did not fix an issue with any missing parts.
