transmission guys charged me to much spilt beer in my car within the last 8 months my car has been in and out of their shop at least 10 to 12 times and had a teenage kid driving my car they drive my car all over town a dalton, Georgia

8 months ago i was having some car problems a friend of mine said have your transmission checked out

 idk much about transmissions or ppl who work on them. i looked up transmission and pulled up transmission guys. i called he said he would check it for free to bring it on down so i did. well before i knew it he had took my transmission out of my car and told me my transmission needed to be rebuilted and then told me i could not get my car untill i paid him 2500 .i did not have that kinda money so my ex got a loan from hes bank to pay for it. i the fris day i got it back drove it home got out and my car was pouring transmission fuild. i took it back they called me told me it was fixed come back and get it so i did. soon as i drove it down the rd it started jerking so i truned around droped it back off. they keep it for a week. they called i went and picked it up again it did good for about a week and it stoped pulling so i had it towed back to their shop .once again they keep it for a week. again they called. i picked it up again my car started running hot idk  why got home transmission fluid all over the ground and it caused my radior to crack. i had to pay 220 dollars for a new radior then took it back to them. they keep my car for a month. they called i go pick it up. i got in it and they guy looks at me and says we made a mess in your car we it back we will clean it up for you. he had let hes beer trun over in the floor board of my car and left empty packs of cigs in my car. i didnt know at the time it was a beer and my car had a bad smell in it . i ended up paying 80 dollars for someone to clean the carpet and the seats.

 its around christmas time now i me and my ex drives to the walmart on the other side of town it takes about 20 to 25 mins to get their. we get out at walmart and their is a trail of fuild behind my car the transmission caused the raditor to crack again and the transmission was leaking again. i take it back they keep it till jan 2012. i get it back this time it lasted about a month. i think me and my kides and my ex went to the other side of town to get mcdonalds and on our way back home going threw a green light the car stops. we almost get hit by anther car from behind. we make it home their is transmission fuild all over everything under the car on the ground. wwe take it back they have had my car now for 1month and 1 week i call they say their waiting on parts. i go down their they say their still waiting for parts. i get a text msg from them last friday sayen come down monday get your car we have the parts and it will be ready monday. i go down their monday my car has no transmission in it i ask the guy were my transmission is he say at the r and r guy he will not tell me were or who this r and r guy is and he has had my transmission for 1 month 1 week.

 i got a police report today i told them what was going on and he tells me i have had 6 ppl come to me to make a report becuse they done the same thing to them and he said their were just more then 6 police reports then just the ones he filed .then i talk to a lawyer today and tells us theirs not much we can do and we would never see that money again bc we were going to sue them and then to find out they are transmission guys lawyer and we were told shes been took to crout over this sever times idk what eles to do. they will keep doing this to good ppl who dont desver this and we are not the only ones they have done this to .idk what eles to do. maybe yall can hlep us all who have been riped off and have no car for long periods of time. i really need my car. please hlep us here in ga thank you so much for reading
