DO NOT use this car shipping company "Transport Connection", and if you do be sure you have a backup plan. I’ll start from the beginning, I was in the midst of moving across the country from Rhode Island to Las Vegas and have a flight booked for 7/11. I chose this transporter because of their great reviews from multiple sources and the information on their website made me believe that they were trustworthy and would be extremely helpful throughout the process of my vehicle’s delivery. This was a HUGE mistake and not at all the case. The only good that came from this company was their quick quote and ease of scheduling services.

I entered my first pick up date as 7/02 and Transport Connection gave themselves a 5-day window, which is completely understandable. However, when 7/07 arrived, there was still no word from the transporter and my car was still parked in its Rhode Island driveway.

Well of course, at this point I have concerns, so I called Bill Avrich from Transport Connection and got no answer- every time. My calls often get forwarded to voicemail boxes stating no one was in the office that day. After multiple calls, I was finally able to get a hold of a representative as I wanted to know the status of the "pick-up.” I was informed that a driver would be there to pick the vehicle up in three days.  I call again three days later to once again inquire about their status and I urgently told him I have a flight on the 21st and I need this car to be shipped and well on its way to Las Vegas.

I emailed Bill Avrich from Transport Connection after the call expressing my concerns because each day my car doesn't get picked up the longer I will need to rent a car and when you move to a place where family and friends aren't close you don't have an option of borrowing a car. Of course, I received no response. Now, it is the day before I am to fly out of Rhode Island and my car is still sitting in the driveway.

I called Transport Connection and Bill Avrich today, but of course no one is in the office (?). It is absolutely frustrating and disappointing. If they would have told me from the beginning that orders don't get picked up and it might be risky for my time frame then I would have gone with another company, but instead they guarantee everything you desire. I don't appreciate the lack of communication and total disregard for my situation and I've been treated as an order number that will get taken care of at some point. I urge all of you who need their cars shipped to take your business elsewhere because this company is not dependable and they don't care, and you will be in the terrible position I am in right now. I hope to help others avoid the situation I found myself in by going through this car shipping company aka scam artists. My advice to you, NEVER believe everything you read about a company online. Do as much research as possible and comparison shopping before making any final decision.

Anyone can tell that this review is fake by noting the dates used

You just exposed yourself as the fraud you really are by stating the month of July as the supposed month of service when it is still only April. There is not even any year mentioned in your bogus review. You start by initially claiming that you had "a flight booked for 7/11" which later changes to "I have a flight on the 21st", yet have made no mention of your having to cancel and/or re-book any flights.

So which is it, "7/11" or "7/21"? Next time you decide to undertake the publishing of a slanderous review, make sure that there are no inconsistancies in your story. Get your facts straight and have all of your ducks lined up in a row, otherwise, your bogus review will only serve to expose you as the fraudster that you really are. Find a lawyer yet? You'll be needing a good one!

You are NOT a customer - I challenge you to provide documentation that you are

You are a filthy, rotten liar and will be sued for slander when your ip address is subpoenaed. You are NOT a customer of Transport Connection, nor have you ever conducted business in any way, shape, or form, with Transport Connection. Let's see you provide ANY evidence whatsoever...upload the pictures on this report...showing that you placed an order or payed any money to Transport Connection.

You won't because you can't. You had better start saving up what little money that you do have for a defense attorney because you will soon need one to defend against a forthcoming civil litigation. Believe it.
