I made a vacation hotel reservation with this company , charged my credit card, gave reservation# and the whole nine yards. They charged my credit card and attempts to contact them requesting e-mail confirmation went unanswered, unable to talk with anyone only voice mail. Of course I called hotel and I had no reservation at all. Had to get credit card replaced and report it to credit card company.
