Traxxas R/C The Fastest Name In Radio Control Told Me Lies Plano, Texas, Texas

I have a e-revo brushless edition #5608. I bought it one day because i wanted another r/c to play with. (now i know that was a bad idea i should of bought a r/c from team associated). My drive shafts kept breaking so i decided lets get the upgraded drive shafts from traxxas. Well I bought them and got them installed them in the truck and then i double checked to make sure that the shafts were all secure and in the right place.

Then i took my truck out on the road and slowly and i mean slowly drove up the road. Then i slowly i did not ram the throttle i slowly accelerated and the truck went by me and all  i heard was a snap and a bang. Them shaft somehow broke the pin in less than 5 seconds and jammed the truck and the truck went flying in the air at over 70mph into a tree and the tree ripped one of my tires.

So i called traxxas and i complained about this and the guy said sorry and said send the shaft into me and he would send out a full set of brand new ones free of charge. The shipping alone costed me 25$ and the replacement shaft only costs 15$. I sent it in because to get the whole set it costed me 80$.

After a few weeks traxxas called me and said that they do not cover warrantee any shafts. So i really wasted 25$. It took 60$ worth of phone calls and yelling to finally convince them as a one time thing they would send out the set. I was very happy then. And i actually believed them.

Well after a couple more weeks I just received my broken shaft and  a 15$ replacement shaft. But that was not the deal we made. They told me that they would send out the full set of shafts. I will be calling them later and telling them I give up with this yelling and this is very mean to a 14 year old and that they are liers. I will be telling all my club members about this and they will also be very disappointed.

They people I talked to were Kenny Cherry, Justin, and the person that told me that he was going to send out the full set and lied was Brueth. Also I wanted to talk to the person who runs Traxxas the manager. They also denied any information and would not allow me to talk to him/her.
