Tressor-Rare, Waikiki Hawaii Tressor-Rare I was enticed to purchase products from this store, not realizing how much each item cost, and was highly pressured to purchase more. I was also supposedly "given" multiple products which I later found out I was actually charged for them Honolulu Hawaii

I was walking down  Kalakaua Ave, (Waikiki district) Honolulu, HI 96815 when a nicely dressed and well spoken young man came out of the Tressor Rare store located at 2168 Kalakua Avenue and asked me if I used any skin-firming treatments about my eyes. I stated no, and he invited me in to the store for a free sample.  After asking me if I had any allergies, he placed some cream around the skin of my eyes where "wrinkle lines" are located, and which respond well to Botox. He told me that this product was as good as Botox, but greatly less expensive.  After application and drying with a small fan, my skin did feel a little different, and I agreed to purchase a container.  It was rather large, and I was in a boutique store in Waikiki, so the price of $300, even though extravagant, sounded correct for this type of product and the size of the container.  He then asked me to wait for a "free facial" and some sort of infrared skin treatment by his co-worker, which I acquiesced to.

After getting the facial masque and the infrared skin treatment with a hand-held device called "EVO", he did some high-pressure sales tactics, and got me to purchase two of the devices, stating he would only charge for one, and "throw in" a lot of facial products for free. He also talked me into getting a device for my mother, stating that it would be "free", and I would only pay for the lifetime warranty for $1,000.  Now, I have NEVER been this gullible before, but for some reason I was this time. At any rate, my sales receipt did not show the price for each item, just that I was being given the items. Everything except one device that I was going to use while I worked in Waikiki for two months was to be mailed to my home in Florida.

2 hours later, I went back to the store, and told the salesman that I did not want the third device and wanted my $1,000 for the warranty refunded.  He tried to talk me out of it, but I stuck to my guns on this, and he stated that since the shipment had not begun yet, he would cancel the 3rd device, and my $1,000 would be refunded, and I would see the refund on my credit card in 4-6 weeks, a longer time than refunds usually appear.

I have been in touch with my bank, and I had provisional credit for the $1,000 but it was reversed.  I can get no explanations as to why I can't get my money back.

Also, all of the "extra free items" that were "thrown in for free" I was actually charged for. When I opened the containers, which were large, the actual volume of product was very small, like a small container of Ponds face cream.  These  large $300 containers hold no more than 2 ounces of cream.
