TRIM BODY-MD ,LAS VEGAS, SO MISLEADING Internet, Internet

I have been seeing tv commercials for Trim Body MD for awhile now and recently purchased a groupon for a 4 week shot program.  The commercials says and you 'can lose a pound a day' and 'no exercise required' which is what piqued my interest as I have a spine and knee injury and am not able to exercise at all.

During my initial interview with 'Mike' he confirmed that i do not need to exercise and that i can expect to lose between 2-3 pounds a week.  not quite the pound a day they advertise. I also asked about their other programs in case I wanted to continue after the 4 wk program was done.  They supply the food and you give yourself the shots and that you don't need to exercise.  The cost was approx 2,000.00.  Since I am out of work that is not something I can afford.  Mike told me I can leave off the food portion and deduct 800.00 from the cost.  But if I wanted to continue with the shots i could go that route at 45.00 per 4 wk program.

They give you 3 shots each week.  After the first week, I had gained 2 lbs which concerned me but they said not to worry and it should balance out by the 2nd week.  I lost the gained 2 lbs at the second weigh in so I was back to where i started.  At the end of the 4 wks I had gained 1 lb and had not lost any fat as they had predicted per their claims.

I asked to speak to Mike who was at their other location so I talked with Jenny who asked me about my exercising program.  When I told her what Mike had told me she advised me that the shots are to be used along with an exercise program and doesn't work otherwise.  Since I was leery of signing up for another 4 wks she said she would have Mike call me when he got back to the office later that day.

That was two weeks ago and I have not heard from him or anyone else from Trim Body-MD and at this point don't expect to.  I wish they had been honest with me up front as I was with them and told them I am unable to do any exercise due to my injuries.  I was at the very least hoping for the fat loss.  It was a total waste of money.
