Their commitment to their clients shows customers that TrueBuild Credit is entirely dedicated to their success and strives to meet each and every one of their expectations. TrueBuild’s dedication is what fosters strong relationships between their company and each of their clients to help them achieve their highest goals. Client’s can expect excellent service and communication as TrueBuild Credit holds their clients to be of the utmost importance.

TrueBuild Credit’s owner, Mike Berrien, states that he believes that each customer is the face of his company and this is the very core of why TrueBuild Credit values their customers so highly. He explains that they are the primary source of valuable feedback that allows his company to improve and strengthen itself so that can be passed on to others. Mike explains that proper communication and prompt responses to client concerns are essential to the success of both his company and the client’s company.

Another top executive of the company told us that along with leadership and communication skills on the part of their support department, the customer provides the other half of the relationship that is beneficial to both TrueBuild Credit and the client. “Without the clients, what is the company? Nothing. Our company would cease to exist unless we are providing a service that others want and / or need. How that is provided is equally as important and we strive everyday to exceed our industry’s standards. We want to set the bar high and provide our clients with the best care and guidance possible. If you know Mike personally, you know that he won’t settle for anything less and he instills that drive and determination in all of us. Both him and the clients are what keep us motivated and fuel our desire to do the best job we can.”

The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Mike Barrien, Pete Woodsworth, and Lexie Lynch during an on-site inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases toward TrueBuild Credit.
TrueBuild Credit is Ripoff Report Verified
Ripoff Report Verified™ .. part of Ripoff Report Corporate Advocacy Business Remediation & Customer Satisfaction Program.A program that benefits the consumer, assures them of complete satisfaction and confidence when doing business with a member business..

TrueBuild Credit works with customers to build credit through financing. The company states that they work with entrepreneurs to leverage and build business credit regardless of their personal credit with the goal of being the absolute best in the industry. In order to build clientele, the company discovers leads primarily through email marketing campaigns and search engine optimization. Additionally, many of their clients are referred by lenders of conventional funding sources like banking institutions. The company primarily conducts business over the phone or the internet. Once a client is established, the company categorizes them through a series of questions. Additionally, the company states that they educate their clients on business credit through this process.

Once the client has been profiled and categorized, the company maps out a plan according the client’s needs. They provide a written guarantee of the program outlined plan and send the client a confirmation email that contains a link in which the customer fills out and returns the complete application with their business and personal information. Upon submission of the application, a credit technician is assigned to client within 24-48 hours who conducts an intake interview, defines objectives and further maps out a game plan. Verifications of components are put in place and recognized by the company. Pete Woodsworth, True Build Credit’s Director of sales states, “This is a highly accelerated process that condenses 3-5 years of business credit to be developed in 3-4 months.”

In order to follow up with the client during the sales process, the internal systems synchronize to ensure technical collaboration is very efficient for client support. Additionally, when a technician is having difficulty on a call, they can ask for a managerial decision and assistance on the call. The company states to ensure customer satisfaction follow up procedures are not monitored.

TrueBuild talks about the report on Ripoff Report.

Some of the complaints TrueBuild Credit receives are in regards a client’s confusion of what they read online and what they hear on the phone. Lexie Lynch, Senior Credit Technician states, “Sometimes clients think the voice they are hearing is too young, creating a false perception and ask, ‘Where is my money?’ The amount of money does not meet their expectation.” To work with clients in this situation, the company mentions that they go through a compliance checklist which helps them understand the process point by point.

The company runs into issues with clients that feel nothing is done when they have not heard from TrueBuild Credit in a month. The company states there are two levels to be purchased, an elite level and an average level. The membership levels are clarified and the plan is chosen according to their needs. Lexie Lynch commented, “When I hear someone struggling with a call, I will groove the call. Grooving is internal messaging on the technicians screen that helps to communicate and interact with a difficult call.”

TrueBuild Stated Improvements

Since the company has received complaints through Ripoff Report, they state they have worked to research and share learned knowledge. The company states they are taking more time in clarifying the steps necessary to ensure the customer’s success. Pete Woodsworth states, “We explain the process of establishing and building a business profile. There is a specific order and no steps can be missed. Also, by uncovering the client’s needs and their objective as it relates to business credit and fact finding.”

Furthermore, TrueBuild Credit states they feel internal communication is key amongst their employees and they address any misperceptions immediately. Membership to the company is for those who want to start a business, wanting to build their business credit or their existing business. Mike Barrien, President of True Build Credit states, “This is not an alternative means to fix bad personal credit.”

In order to resolve and prevent many of the complaints that have been filed on Ripoff Report, the company states that solutions are discovered on a case by case basis and a support manager handles all expectations. Mike Barrien states, “If a client is still adamant, Mike or Amber speaks with them. Sometimes refunds happen. We are clarifying up front details so mistakes are less, being clearer upfront.”

Furthermore, the company states that customers applying on their own must follow program guidelines. Mr. Barrien continued, “We rewrote terms and conditions to remedy this. We are weeding out clients who need to pay off bad bills, problem clients who do not pay bills on time, and those clients who signed up under different trenches who might have buyer’s remorse.”

TrueBuild Credit feels that it is important to be a part of the Ripoff Report Corporate Advocacy Business Remediation and Customer Satisfaction Program because they feel they are fair and represents their business. They state there are competitors who write up fake testimonials and they feel they are real. Mike Barrien states. “Our program is honest, ethical, and helps people, real entrepreneurs.”

TRUEBUILD CREDIT | CORPORATE CREDIT NETWORK / Statements from the owner.

"TrueBuild Credit’s support department feels they provide their clients with the highest level of customer service available in the industry, however, they have a mission to continue to improve their service levels so their clients have confidence that they are in the best hands for the job. I have seen Mike take personal interest with so many of our clients. I know he cares about them and wants them to see results just as much as we do. I think it’s his experience and knowledge of the industry that makes our clients so confident in our abilities. They always know that they made the right choice after speaking with him personally ”. The support manager at TrueBuild.

TrueBuild Credit considers employee feedback as invaluable as their client feedback as well. TrueBuild Credit provides a collaborative environment that encourages its employees to contribute and provide their own ideas and opinions in weekly support meetings. Employees are encouraged to contribute their suggestions for improvements or new ideas as they are representatives of an efficient, knowledgeable company and know the most about each of their clients’ needs. Ripoff Report was pleased to learn that TrueBuild Credit’s past and current approach to business is focused on its pledge to total commitment towards client and employee satisfaction.

NOW TO THE ORIGINAL REPORT THAT WAS FILED

------------------------------------

True Build Credit The Corporate Credit Network Internet

True Credit Build is a SCAM. They target Entrepreneur  with no business credit with promises of obtaining business credit without using your personal information. I spoke to 3 representatives. ALL 3 claimed something different but their main claim was that I would have to get an account with one of their vendors. Once I' approved for the account I could business ANYTHING I want with no purchase requirements. However, once True Build Credit got my money they claimed that they will give me a list of vendors and I would have to call apply for a account/invoice. In some cases I would be REQUIRED to pay up front. And that I had to choose a product of $50 or more. They claimed that a representative would be assigned to my case but I could never get in contact with him. My calls always went to voice mail. I spoke to my rep ONCE and was not please and became convinced that their service was not for me. Now they claim they don't give refunds. This company is a BIG SCAM. They fed off your desire to want to build credit for your business. At the end your better of building credit yourself.

You clearly have communcation issues...

AUTHOR: Mickey - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, July 14, 2011

Number one is that you have not pointed out specifically what Truebuild/CCN offered that they did not deliver. You are merely complaining. Because I have used the program, I know they deliver exactly what they offer because their member page is only slightly different from the page EVERYONE READING THIS REPORT CAN GO READ explaining what it is they offer at each level of credit building. Layer 1 on the advertising page is explained, on Layer 1 on the member page shows the companies you are to start accounts with. Each company is described, a web site is provided, and their requirements are listed before you click their application link. I can be VERY specific when making a point...

You are claiming I am not being truthful, but I've said nothing that can even be rationalized as a lie. Everything I've said can be verified. What YOU have said, on the other hand, is vague, and seems like childish complaining.

You're also claiming the company is the one blaming the consumer. Nooo... this is a CONSUMER blaming another CONSUMER because I can infer by your writing that you lack basic communication skills, and so it leads me to believe you did not understand the ridiculously simple (and cheap) program offered by Corporate Credit Network- which, by the way, includes a monthly D&B/Paydex credit report, and advice on how to continue building or improve your credit score.

It's one thing to say you didn't have the capacity to comprehend the program, and it's another to say the company ran a scam on you. I would REALLY like to see those emails you talk about. I would also like to contact the representatives you spoke to so I can hear THEIR version of the story- given that I'm a paying customer. I can tell you the names of every representative I have spoken to since my inception into the program, as I have documented every conversation. This is because I, like you, am a consumer and would like to protect my investment. But being a foolish consumer DOES account for a majority of complaints BY consumers... my business is to make smart consumers out of those who have been ripped off, but the majority of my work is EDUCATING the consumer- not going after the vendor... now you can say I prey on those who have been ripped off :/

Issues regarding services advertised by True Build Credit

AUTHOR: JeanicePF1 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, July 14, 2011

First and foremost I would like to thank "Ripoff Report" for affording CONSUMERS as myself the opportunity to exercise our First Amendment rights and speak of our consumer experiences. Now it is time to address the author of the recent rebuttal to my report that titled "True Build Credit/The Corporate Credit Network BUSINESS is a SCAM".

Everything I stated in my first report is regarding MY experience with True Build Credit. I want to reiterate that I did indeed have a horrible experience with this company. And I have proof of email correspondence to prove my claims.

The fact of the matter is, I read the companies website, I liked what I saw and I signed up for services. However, when it came time for services to be rendered it was something totally different from what I was told I would received. Any individual working for a company serves as a representative for that company. Whether that individual is in sales, administration, clerical or maintenance it makes no difference. If you are rendering services on behalf of the company the individual as well as the company are liable for the services offered (good or bad). Don't be upset and put blame on the consumer because TRUE BUILD CREDIT failed horribly to offer the services that it advertised through its website and representatives. I stand by what I said. True Build Credit advertises one thing on their website and through their representative yet the service was different. Is this a new form of getting business? Tell people what they want to hear, make false promises, and if they are dissatisfied with your services bash and harass them.

I've worked in customer service for over 11 years, worked with my families business for 7 years, and now I've been running my own business for 7 months. From my experience I've learned to NEVER put the blame on the customer. I've also learned that "you can't please everyone" but I made it MY company's goal to make sure that every customer is satisfied. For this reason I'm still in business. Matter of fact I just had my Grand Opening and I'm my business is doing great. True Build Credit did not make me and it can't break me. When speaking make sure you speak the truth. Don't add your two cents to make yourself or your business look good. Please remember that threats don't scare me.

After being threatened with a lawsuit of defamation and enduring harassment by a clearly unprofessional representative I did receive a refund.

Please EVERYONE reading this do your research before receiving services from a company, ask questions, and don't be afraid to voice your concerns and dissatisfaction.

Again, thank you "Ripoff Report"

Not a scam

AUTHOR: Mickey - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, July 14, 2011

Hello,

I am writing because I've noticed there are some reports on companies for which the consumer really needs to take some responsibility. From reading the report, it is apparent this lady didn't understand how the program works. Let me take her statements point by point:

1- " They target Entrepreneur  with no business credit with promises of
obtaining business credit without using your personal information"

- It is only common sense that if a company is advertising a way to BUILD corporate credit, it will target customers with no business credit. Furthermore, it is common sense that if you need a program like this, one can assume you don't have good personal credit, or are interested in obtaining business credit without using your personal information.

2- " I spoke to 3 representatives. ALL 3 claimed something different but
their main claim was that I would have to get an account with one of
their vendors."

- These were most likely their salesmen. It is true you can get three different prices from three different salesmen, but that is true for many commission based sales. In the end you WILL get what Truecredit promises- if you follow the program. You MUST also not rely on salesmen for what the program offers- especially since they have a website which explains every step in detail.

3- "Once I' approved for the account I could business ANYTHING I want with no purchase requirements."

- How does this even make sense??? Sure, you DON'T have to purchase, but if you don't make purchases, you can't build credit!!!

4- "However, once True Build Credit got my money they claimed that they will
give me a list of vendors and I would have to call apply for a
account/invoice."

- I'm sure you DID receive a list! You should have been given a password, logged onto their website, and applied at Layer 1 companies... BUT ONLY AFTER completing your initial requirements like being searchable on the internet, 411, and other minor requirements. Did you complete this step???

5- "In some cases I would be REQUIRED to pay up front."

- The requirements are vendor specific. If you don't want to make purchases by paying up front, DON'T SIGN UP WITH THAT VENDOR!!! SIMPLE!!! You are only required to use 5 vendors from Layer 1. You'd be lying if you say you couldn't find 5 who would give you a Net 30 account instantly! I have invoices proving you are either wrong, or just don't get it!

6- "And that I had to choose a product of $50 or more."

- YES! How else are you going to build credit??? You are supposed to start a Net 30 account for $50 or more with 5 or more vendors. It's not rocket science! That's around $250 per month for 3 months to establish an 80 Paydex score (equivalent of 800 personal FICO)!

7- "They claimed that a representative would be assigned to my case but I
could never get in contact with him. My calls always went to voice mail."

- Some representatives are condescending a*holes. My first one was. Guess what I did? I called the admin office, and was reassigned! It took 5 minutes!

8- " I spoke to my rep ONCE and was not please and became convinced that their service was not for me."

- When you pay for something, you either say "ehhh... I don't like it... waaahhh" and ask for your money back, or you demand what you paid for (like I did). In any case, CCN/Truebuild guarantees satisfaction, and they WILL give you what you want if you just ask.

10- "Now they claim they don't give refunds."

- Ehhh... not true. They bend over backwards to accommodate their clients. Maybe you just need to try a little harder.

11- "This company is a BIG SCAM."

- Not at all. You didn't know what you were paying for, and you didn't know how to use the program. You also don't know how to get them to do what it is they're supposed to do. Maybe there is a lack of communication from both you and the company, but it is not a scam.

12- "They fed off your desire to want to build credit for your business."

- Again, how would they advertise credit building and not feed off your desire to want to build credit for your business? If you run a business, you feed off the desires of your customers... otherwise you run a terrible business...
