TILA is trying to threaten me now

AUTHOR: debtsettler - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, June 05, 2010

I am receiving all kinds of threats through email from so called anonymous people posing as would be customers.

To the lady in Redondo Beach, what a coincidence, we live in the same town. Why not give me your address so I can look up your home on the tax records and verify how you lost it.

If you for one minute think I believe you, then you need to think again.

How, from April 27th to now, could I have caused you to lose your home???? I happen to be a professional in the field of short sales and foreclosures, so I am indeed interested to hear.

To Truth in Lending Auditors Company, I will never stop promoting how you ripped me off. The only way to end this is to refund me my money. Funny how all these comments never mention anything about this. BUT...keep posting to this, because it will cause the report to move up in GOOGLE, and i was starting to worry that its position was slipping. :)

Was I stupid listening to you

AUTHOR: Alicia Miller - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, June 04, 2010

I was stupid enough to not have Tila work with me after I read what you say here.  I just received an article which shows what others are going thru (just like I am) and what their results were.  WOW Tila is the way to go.  Unfortunately I went with another firm and they did nothing for me.  My home is being auctioned at 10AM today.  Shame on you for lying about this company and misleading people.

Tila did a fantastic job for me. What this person says can't be true.

AUTHOR: Brian - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, June 04, 2010

When I found TILA I was in the 11th hour of losing my home.  My bank refused calls and decided I wasn't worth their time with my piddly monthly payment.  After knee replacement I couldn't work.  My husband is also disabled and drives a truck 3 days a week to help us with buying medicine. He can't stand for more than 5 minutes without being in horrible pain. But what can you do? So then someone at my church mentioned a company called TILA. Well it was breath of fresh air because within 6 weeks the bank started calling us again, Only this time we knew why they did.  After TILA stopped the sale of my home, their audit fraud in our loan and our bank knew they were in trouble! All of a sudden they started offering to modify our loan.  Imagine that? Before that it was much different story.  TILA told us to stop talking with the bank and that they would handle negotiations.

Anyway we got our mod alright, but not from dealing with our lender. TILA had the bank cut our payment from 665.00 to 310.00 per month! I almost couldn't believe my eyes. They said the fraud was what did it.  This company is amazing.  They held our hand the whole time. I gave my friend Gladys a big hug for giving me TILA's number.

TILA helped me.  I thank God I found them. This woman is off her rocker! My husband and I couldn't be happier. I hope people don't take her seriously. The banks are the bad guys.

Still a scam

AUTHOR: debtsettler - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 28, 2010

Once again, I would like to remind the public that i am an UNHAPPY CUSTOMER, and that this company REFUSES TO REFUND ME WHATSOEVER

Doesnt it seem strange that all these so-called "rebuttals", plus comments from the company itself, has all happened within a few days?

I would like to remind the public the following:

1. I was promised that a forensic loan was a "sure thing"

2. I was promised that the loan modification would go through

3. I was promised that the second mortgage would be settled

Let's review the reality

1. There was a lack of follow up with the bank. I had to keep calling the bank, and they kept telling me paperwork was missing, and that they hadn't heard from the company in weeks

2. There was a lack of follow up with myself, and extremely rude emails from this company to myself telling me not to interefere

3. Finally, after 3 months, the second would not settle, and the first dissappeared declined the loan mod.

If, after all the nonsense you have read above, you're still inspired to move forward, do so at your own risk. BUYER BEWARE!!

Go to www dot tila21 dot com to read my experience and the actual letter between myself and this company, and decide for yourself if you want to take the risk.

Good luck to you, and feel free to contact me directly at (((ROR redacted)))

Tila's Concerns and Thanks

AUTHOR: Dan - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 27, 2010

We are deeply concerned that this person feels they had a negative experience with our company, and although there are things we would like to correct, we cannot discuss the matter in detail as we always respect the confidentiality of our clients.

We urge this person only to review the agreement that they signed, where it clearly states that the person is paying for a forensic audit and our negotiation service is a free service.  We also ask that this person review our refund policy.

Our doors are always open if this person would like us to continue on their behalf.  We know that our clients are experiencing stressful times as they go through the process of trying to save their homes.  We take every action we can to help them through the process, and to get through the other end with a successful result.

We would also like to thank those people who have stated their positive experiences with our company.  It was truly a pleasure to be of service to you and help you resolve your mortgage crises.

Lets see your TILA invoice

AUTHOR: debtsettler - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 27, 2010

If you are indeed a happy customer, let's see the invoice which shows you paid for their services. I still think you're one of the employees there. Why would you bother otherwise.

Proof please!

They may have done you right (in the remote chance you were a real customer), but they didnt do me right.

So we let the public decide.

I'm glad I found Tila

AUTHOR: Michael - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 27, 2010

Who is Jaime?  You must have me confused with somebody else. As far as I'm concerned people need to know that this company did what they said they would do and I am very happy that I found them.

Glad it worked out for you (if you're not just another person from their company under a fake name).

I used them, kissed $2700 goodbye, and now I'm losing my home.

I don't know how many times I have heard that you don't need to pay upfront fees when it is a legitimate business transaction.  I hope that you are able to get your modified loan and that everything turns out well for you.

I got scammed for $2700 and I am in the wrong??? Really???

AUTHOR: debtsettler - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, April 24, 2010

I was taken for $2700 by them with lies and deception, and I'm  in the wrong? How's that for reasoning?

Last time you contacted me from the website, your name was Jamie, now it's Michael. Pretty obvious that you're someone from that company.

Let me get this perfectly clear....I will get the word out of how this company has scammed me to stop others getting scammed....I will make sure of this that this gets to the top of Google (I believe its at the bottom of page 1 and on page 2 now). Unless Truth in Lending Auditors steps forward to correct this situation, everyone who searches for their name will see this and wonder. They will certainly think twice about using them.

Tila was the Best Buy for me I stand by them

AUTHOR: Michael - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, April 24, 2010

I have read your note here and also seen your link to the website.  I must say that I feel you are in the wrong.  I have used Truth in Lending Auditors and had a very good result. In fact they got my loan modified to half of what I had been paying, and it is a 30 year mod.  They did everything they said they would and the paperwork I signed supported what they said.  I have referred a least 3 other people to them who are all very happy as well.    I can say that I will continue to refer them, and that if anybody out there needs help this is the company to go to.
