Tryhours inc I was injured on the road and I tried to file a worker's compensation claim and both The company and the fleet owner are both denying that I even worked for the company just so that they don't have to payout for the injury. den Maumee Ohio

I was transporting a load from grand haven mi to MS for Catapillar tractor company and the securement snapped and I ended up with over 1200 lbs into my back, the accident happened on November 4,2020 and I've been off the road since December 4 and the company refuses to comply with the worker's compensation claim and I've tried to call them and I can't seem to get any help and I thought they were such a good company but I was wrong. Now I'm pretty much left crippled because of the injuryers cion claim and both The company and the fleet owner both deny that I even worked for.

I have contacted an attorney however I believe the company to be really disrespectful to my needs and also how they handle this situation, it's like they give you the cold shoulder so I guess they will just answer to my attorney now
