Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center Mavis Tire & Brake Charged Nearly $700 for Non-Fix Bay City Michigan
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
They charged me $661 to fix a water pump and a few other things when the real issue was a bad head gasket(s). Car was in the same condition when I picked it up, after burning $661 on incorrect repairs.
Don’t mind that the car had other issues - I knew that. I do mind that they misdiagnosed it, charged me nearly $700 for it, then said “whoops, sorry about that.”
Unwilling to work with me on the issue.
