TVC Marketing violated their contract agreement Oklahoma City Oklahoma

When I joined TVC as a member in 2015, I was led to believe by the Sales Agent (Tony Prano) that this company stands and defends its members to the fullest against any traffic citation. TVC has violated their commitment to defend me and didn't live up to their contractual agreement as follows:

I was assigned a TVC Lawyer (Tyler Allen ) to defend me in court on 11/9/16 for a traffic citation. This Lawyer was incompetent and misrepresented me in court. He rushed the case and only wanted to get rid of me. As a result of this Lawyer's inaction to fully defend me in court. this will cost me more than the fine of $412. It will raise my insurance rate, it will put points in my driver's license and will affect my actual and future jobs. After this court hearing when I tried to contact TVC to try to appeal my case, I was getting the runaround from the receptionist and supervisor (Tina Lewis ext 559) and nobody called me after numerous voice messages that I left.

All I was asking in my voice messages left for TVC for representation by a competent TVC Lawyer and that's what I signed for when I joined TVC. TVC was aware that my appeal deadline date was on 11/23/16 and on that day, the supervisor (Tina Lewis ext 559) called to inform me that they will assign a Lawyer to appeal the case with the condition that I would pay $1500 towards the Lawyer's fees.  THIS IS OUTRAGOUS SINCE TVC VIOLATED THEIR CONTACTUAL AGRREMENT BY NOT ASSIGNING ANOTHER LAWYER TO APPEAL MY CASE SINCE I PAY MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE OF $49.          

I am requesting that TVC assign the recommended Lawyer (David Gordon) for my appeal case and TVC pay FULLY this lawyer's fees to defend me. This is TVC's commitment and obligation to me as a member.
