Twongo LLC Twongo Brad Halferty Twongo Doesn't Pay Its Merchants; They Won't Respond to Complaints; Worthless Voucher! Cary North Carolina

I purchased a Twongo voucher for archery lessons; service was not delivered. Vendor will not deliver the service because Twongo has not paid them. Twongo is unresponsive. I contacted Twongo directly through its own website and I also filed a BBB complaint against them that went unanswered. 

I had bought the Twongo voucher as a Christmas gift for my son. It was valued at $39 for one archery lesson with Triangle Golf School, 2426 Reliance Ave, Apex. I contacted the merchant early in May to schedule a lesson. Spoke with Francesca Smith at archery school who said Twongo is not paying them so they are not honoring Twongo vouchers anymore. It is disappointing, but I understand the school's position and I do not blame them. So I contacted Twongo through its website (they do not list any customer service phone numbers) and on 5/14/14 filed a request for assistance. I got an automated response confirming receipt saying that their agents will get back to me asap. What a joke. I have NEVER heard back from Twongo. Likewise, my Better Business Bureau complain also went unanswered by Twongo.  The voucher I have is worthless.

Twongo, and Brad Halferty who owns it, is a total fraud and basically just stole my money and ran. DO NOT buy any Twongo vouchers!
