DON'T TRUST CONTRACTS WITH U S FOODS INC/ SYSCO FOODS INC CANNOT HONOR CONTRACTS PORT ORANGE Florida

 US FOOD AND SYSCO FOOD CANNOT HONOR THEIR CONTRACTS.

We were a vendor to USFoods for over 10 years.  They sold their building and changed ownership without giving us their 90 writtin notice as per THEIR OWN CONTRACT.  We worked beyond the date they sold the very building we were working in and refused to pay us.  They had ample time, aprox 9 mopnths to let us know their intent and sale date but refrused to give us warning (THEIR OWN CONTRACTURAL 90 DAY WRITTEN WARNING OF INTENT) to the sale of their Ormond Beach facility.  We worked beyond the sale date and were THEN refused payment.  Their contract states that any discontinuance of services will be preceeded by a 90 day written notice.  Although US Foods supervisory employees were on site almost continusously, at no time were we given a sale date or warning and at no time were we ever given a 90 day notice as per THEIR contract.  We were puropsly kept in the blind to take a business loss that is totally illegal and unacceptable.  Now, it seems, that US Foods is hiding behind the legal mechanism of Sysco who bought them out September of 2014.

DO NOT TRUST THEM.  If you have a contract with US FOOD/SYSCO.... review your contract and protect yourself, they will not honor their own contracts.

This has damaged our company to the point of closing our doors.  Please don't let this happen to you.  They dishonored 10 years of honorable service and trashed us like a pair of dirty underwear.
