UB WEST or UTILITY BILLING WEST IS COMMITTING FRAUD WITH OWNERS OF APT. PROPERTIES UB WEST or UTILITY BILLING WEST UB WEST IS PROVING THEMSELVES TO BE FRAUD CHEATING CONSUMERS ON COST OF UTILITES MILL CREEK UTAH

Recently management where I live has been demanding and bulling me on a light bill. Judy has it in her head I owe $76 dollars for the month of March only.  After I spoke to the regional manager and told her what Judy said, Young changed it to, its from Decemeber 1 to April 15th, 2021 at $96 dollars, which is weired since this conversation took place on April 15th 2021. How can someone project a dollar amount when Edison hasn't calculated usage? And my bill isn't calculated until the end of each month.

I explained I have already had this conversation with Edison and made an agreement. However UB WEST is the third party they give infromation to the Villa Apts, I am not being given a break down of usage or being provided any information, but I am supposed to take their word for it. I don't think so.

First Judy lies a lot...2nd UB WEST has very negative reviews all over the net of people complaining and knowing they are being lied to about usage and costs.  UB WEST is committing FRAUD and tenants are having to pay for those empty apartments where they live. No ones answers UB WEST phone, they hide behind their false name and reputation and frankly I believe management knows they are cheating tenants because the regional manager was concerned if Edison told me anything about costs?  Edison is also apart of this conspiracy and fraud, when I questioned customer service about UB WEST the woman refuse to answer me, instead she expressed "oh yes tenants do tells us they have to give up their account numbers to management". That is not what I asked?, but yes we are forced to do that and UB WEST does rifle through everyones accounts.

This UB WEST company is bad news the more I search them on the net, the more reviews I am finding out about their FRAUD...why? are consumers pay high cost in electricty, when the SUN is a natural source?

Also the water usage and trash is $50 dollars a month weaved into the rent, their are 392 units from county records, but no sub meters and no ratios are disclosed in tenants contract about how water is being used per unit, no way to measure it... I will be making calls to county acessor office... I need to understand how this water or what kind of deal is being made with property investors.  Frankly tenants living here pay for all costs of uppper management and all salaries to employees, its usually the way it goes.  Its another reason why costs are so high with rentals in California.  This is a Senior complex but the rent goes up every year, but not the retirement or social security.  A civil suit needs to be brought against UB WEST...
