Messed up my computer so bad I cannot scan or print documents!!!!   No printing?  You must be kidding me.  They suck.  Save your money go elsewhere, these people are a huge rippoff.  The repair the did was most likely unnecessary, but not being able to print from my supposedly repaired laptop, with no warranty.  Very BAD.  Do not use this service ever.  I will never use them again.  They SUCK!!!  I can't print from my laptop.

uBreakiFix offers a 90-Day warranty on all repairs that can be used at any of our 30+ walk-in locations. We even have this policy advertised in the windows of our store. What was your product originally brought in for and when?
When did you try contacting our store to let us know you where having issues? I am one of the owners of this location and between myself and my co-owners, one of us has always been in the store during office hours since the day we opened.
None of us have heard anything of a customer calling in after getting a repair done and having printer issues. We don't take warranty issues and complaints like this lightly or allegations that we are a "ripoff". We strive to provide the best possible customer service possible for any and all situations.

 With that being said, if you brought your laptop in for software issues and ended up getting our software restore service then the drivers for your printer probably are not installed. We install all the necessary drivers for the internal components of the laptop but not for external devices that can be connected to the computer via usb or firewire. There are hundreds of devices all with unique drivers and it would be impossible for us to know which to install without knowing what devices you plan on using. We would be more than happy to help you resolve your issue but based off of what I have heard from my fellow co-owners, no one has contacted us about any issues regarding printer connectivity like you have said in this complaint.

 I only ask that you please verify that you in fact had your computer repaired at uBreakiFix in downtown Tempe on Mill Ave and not another competitor in the area. We have multiple competitors in the area that use slogans like
You Break It We Fix It or U Break We Fix that mislead people in to believing they are at uBreakiFix when really they arent. We are open 7 Days a week and most major holidays so please give us the opportunity to alleviate the
issues you are having by stopping by and letting us take a look at your computer.  All we have to do is verify your previous repair with a sales receipt or we can look it up based off your name.
