UMR Geothermal is an installer of WaterFurnace products and geothermal systems. After careful research we still ended up with a incompetent company who did not insulate our floors properly so we lose all of our infloor energy into the ground. However, the complaint is not only installation, it is a 6th year in a row complaint from no service especially in an emergency. They leave us suffer through the cold while our furnace will not operate. This happens every year since 2010 when it was installed without all of its parts in the beginning. Yes, this company is a real peach to work with. Contacting an attourney to try to recoupe some of the damages this breakdown caused. Previously have had to pay thousands in damages.
Stay away from WaterFurnace products as they always have something going wrong and UMR Geothermal, they not only are unsure of how to install it or repair it. They will refuse you service when you need it most. Especially polar vortex time!
