United VTR Tom Phan Ripped-off my 89 Father-in-law Houston Texas

Charged my 89 year old father-in-law $822.70 to REPAIR a 7.5 year old TV...cost for a NEW 50" TV is under $500.00
Called Tom and asked how he could take advantage of an older person like that and he replied "Good Repair TV work now"
Terrible person, as a previous reviewer said: "Classic, blatent thievery in its lowest form"
What a crook, I'm reporting him & his company to everyone, I hope you will do the same...
