they deserves 0 stars!!!!!!! and here's why ... we booked about 2 weeks ahead of our moving time with a promised Sat morning 8/2/2014 8-10am arrival time this is what we got in an email!!! not even a call, I had to call him

Mr Wang, one of 4 trucks is not starting this morning, I am trying to find someone to come and take care of you. If I cannot, I am able to put you on our other truck with 15% off of your move with an afternoon arrival tomorrow. Between 2-4 pm. Please let me me knows you're thoughts. so I called and Tyler said he will try to find someone (his friends) to see if he can do it for us in the afternoon but he couldn't find anyone, so then we got pushed to Sunday afternoon 2-4pm I thought being delayed a day and moved to the afternoon slot with a promised 20% discount (over the phoned) could possibly save this bad review but nope....here's what happened! I emailed him Sunday morning to confirm the appointment myself.

Tyler I understand but we have a schedule and window of time as well I'm sure you understand that's why we decided with professional movers I thought since you bumped us a day late gives us priority today and we trusted you to show up at 2-4pm today that's why I've been busy organizing to pushing all other things back as well. Now being pushed again to after 5pm and another 4+ hours of moving with your hard working, tired out guys just won't cut it even with the discount. I won't have any time to settle in or time to clean up my old place, I'll also be fined and have to pay extra bills at the old place etc. Thanks but we won't be needing your service today or ever, I'll seek another company to move next week and cut my losses here and eat a week of fines and bills and not being moved this weekend. Thanks for your time.

packing / moving is a pain already! this is the main reason people hire professional moving company in my example...I'm truly glad I didn't use UPTOWN MOVERS because of their over booking and unorganized business if you book someone then follow through or if delay someone make them a priority the next day not keep pushing it back with uncertainty of arrival time etc. I'm truly surprised how he's able to stay in business with this type of work ethics. sorry to say I can't recommend his service or his company to anyone.
