Davidson painting inquired workman's comp insurance from Urbesak Ins hack in 2016 Our communication was with Thomas Urbesak. In August of 2018 and employee of ours got hurt at the job. We called and text Thomas to find out what to do next. We filed the complaint with mutual insurance which was our insurance company at the time.
They denied our claim stating that Davison Painting did not have insurance with them. I texed Tom and he gave me the runaround. We also tried communicating with his boss the owner of the company which is Kyle Urbesak with no avail. Thomas would send certificates of liability to big companies that we worked for.
