The rebuttal from the owners of US invest James Bradley and Ryan McFarland can now been seen in the true light of what they are - complete lies.

There was no ex employee - this is just James Bradley and his spin and bullshit.

James Bradley has now bled US Invest dry and run away like the coward he is.

Ryan McFarland is still protecting his ggod mate James Bradley- he will protect him even though he was committing fraud whilst runningUS Invest and Ryan McFarland knows this.

Bradley is a professional conman and criminal who has defrauded thousands of people over the years.

Well now the dust has settled it has been proven that US invest was set up by career criminal and conman James Bradley with help from Ryan McFarland.

James Bradley has a decade of scams and fraud behind him and is currently on the run hiding from US Invest clients whom he ripped off.

So the shill who wrote the previous rebuttal was probaly James Bradley or ryan Mcfarland - this is what they do - attack anyone who complains.

A bit of information attached to show what James Bradley really is - a career criminal, a conman and a very EVIL person.

To the person who was pushed into purchasing the property in athens. Is there a way of contacting you as I have a similar story but do not want to publish it as of yet.

The Report by a John Redford is complete fabricated lies.

People reading this, please pay no attention as it's all falsified mis-information from a disgruntled ex-employee.. Such a shame the Internet can be used in such harmful ways without any recourse.

We DO NOT have a client by the name of John Redford. This is simply an ex-employee let go for lack of service to our clients which is all documented.

The stories are ALL fabricated to besmirch the good name of the company.

If indeed John was a real client and actually had a bad experience. I urge him to show documented proof that he actually purchased a property from us. Or show us the receipt he has for the $995 he supposedly paid us. He cant because this is NOT a client of ours. If he has an issue we would happily refund him and gladly sell his property for him. However we dont have the said issue. We were never contancted about this because the issue/complaint doesn't exsist. Just an ex-employee with an axe to grind.

I understand it could be a pseudo name to protect the clients true identity but if you read on you will see that this is in fact an ex-employee, not a client who has used our services. We have a 98% satisfaction rate and serve 1,000's of clients, so we know we're not perfect and have 20-30 unhappy clients. But we know everyone of them by first name and work with them daily to resolve the issues. And we Do NOT have a client with John's so called issues.

To clarify some of the unfounded points made by this person.

We indeed are licensed to practice real estate. We actually own brokerages across multiple States of America. 

The claims that we have kids in there 20's pushing real estate is just not true. The average age of a property coach since the inception of the company is well over 40 years old with an average of 15 years in Real Estate. WHO ALL TAKE GREAT PRIDE AND PROFESSIONALISM IN WHAT THEY DO.

The development in Athens in question is NOT only 50% occupied its 80% currently and Daniel NEVER sold a 3 bedroom apt in that development, so this is definitely NOT a client making these false claims. Impossible!

Regarding his age, its true he is in his late 20's, he is in fact our youngest Property Coach, however Daniel started on the bottom rung of our company nearly 4 years ago and worked his way up the ranks to become one of our most valuable employees. He is actually our longest serving employee in our American offices and easily the most professional. So a far cry from a kid in his 20's pushing real estate. He has been with our company for years and traveled to every market we operate in many many times. There is no one we know that is more devoted to their clients. It's so shameful people can just write whatever they want with intent to harm others.

The person this disgruntled employee is trying to denigrate, as a "famous scam artist" has never conned a single person in his life. Again these are all fabricated lies. He is a family man with 3 kids, 2 dogs and pours his heart and soul into our company, our clients and our services. If you would like to hear his actual story give us a call and chat to him. He is very open about his entire life and actually speaks on stage about his accomplishments and struggles. In America alone there is 14,864 people with his name, not to mention how many globally, and 100's of them are on the Internet for negative reasons, 100's are also writers, 100's are hero's and so forth. One of the actual links posted is about a 65 year old man and our James is in his mid 30's. It's just a low act to deter new clients looking to invest with us from an ex member of staff that didn’t work out. Current clients will already know that none of this refers to our service in any way.

And lastly the price of our membership is an investment of $2,497 with close to $8,000 of true value by way of education courses and services built in. Its a totally different product then the basic $995 membership service offered in 2012 and 2013. However how would an old client know that we changed our product and pricing structure? Not possible unless they were an employee. We only started to sell this new package a few months ago. And if this person did indeed somehow manage to purchase a 3 bed apt in Athens from Danny (By the way, Danny never sold a 3 bed), how is this possible when we sold the development out in 2013 yet only changed our membership price in 2014? Hope it’s a little clearer now that this is an unjust attempt to tarnish our brand and staff from a disgruntled ex-employee.

To wrap this up, we literally spoke to a client last night who bought 9 properties in America WITHOUT the help of our company. He made mistakes on all 9 of them. He was very lucky to get out without losing it all. He was an Australian and his words where "imagine a croc infested river that would eat you whole, I was lucky to only lose a toe" he wants to tell his story on camera to anyone else looking to buy in America. He is NOT currently a member of our company until he meets us in person as once bitten twice shy. So he is flying here to fix his issues and meet us in the hope that will be to help him restructure all his properties and balance his portfolio. I only write about this because we get a call like this guys at least 3 times a week.

Having a trusted company on the ground to make sure everything goes smooth and is done the right way, and for only $2,497 is worth its weight in gold. His words not ours. And he has made all the basic mistakes a newbie can make from buying C-class high yielding homes in bad areas with no tenants to buying in Detroit all the way to being sold a home on the corner of the worst crime rate in the State of Arizona with prostitutes and crack dealers outside his property! You have to be very careful putting your money into America, and to help you navigate the landmines, enlisting the services of a company like ours is worth it to some people. Were not suited to everyone, but if your too busy to learn to do this all yourself, then we can be a perfect fit. If you want to learn to do it yourself and have the time on your hands, we have an education course that teaches you to do exactly what we do.

I could write all day about the unfounded comments put forward in this report by a disgruntled employee but I think you get the idea at this stage.
