Neil Ranciato of USA water and fire. wallingford ct 20 n plains ind rd. I signed a contract with him dec 18 2015, he went to the bank jan 14th cashed a check for 15.000 dollars, never phoned me nothing I found out from the bank. He said he would have the job done in a couple weeks. on dec 18. he made plans to come here 3 times never showed. I did fire him for poor perormance, he never water tighted my leaking roof either i might add, so he called begging for the job i felt bad ok i said, now the same thing never showed, he quit on me in mid feb, told me he was done call his lawyer, he doesn't answer any of my phone calls, texts e-mail's doesn't return calls and this guy has 15.000 of insurance company money, he is a liar a bad business man. and this company is a horrible company. I would not use this company. look at the judical web site punch in neil ranciato, he has many cases for either ripping people off, as he did me, or trying to sue someone. i see why he doesn't show up for he day job , he always in court buyer beware of this guy and company.

I have recently read a review posted by Steve Lucisano on this page. I have the priviledge of being a USA Water & Fire repeat customer and have reccommended Neil Ranciato to friends & relatives multiple times over the years. I also have had the unfortunate experience of watching the Lucisano family and the savage way which they live as I am a close friend with a neighbor of theirs. I can tell you with certainty that their haphazard, violent, and disgusting way of life has caused several neighbors in the area to the point of selling their home. I have watched and heard about the Lucisano's inability to coexist with everyone and anyone who they may confront.
Long before the fire in June of 2015, The Lucisano home was in a state of complete and utter disgust and disrepair. The home remains an eye sore to what is considered a wonderful upper middle class neighborhood. I have over the years watched these people literally live like wild animals as they are constantly fighting with either outsiders or themselves. The police are always being called as a matter of disruptive and disturbing behavior going on at the home. Up until just a few months ago, their property was considered "The Scott Road Junkyard".
If you need the truth about Mr. Lucisano and his children, please do not take my word for it but rather contact his neighbors, the local authorities, his previous employers or anyone living in the Prospect community and I am sure they will support everything I have posted on this page. One better, visit the Lucisano residence at 6 Scott Road in Prospect, Connecticut and see for yourself. Which has long been considered "The Scott Road Junkyard".
