USAA - USAA Casualty Insurance - USAA Credit Services TOOK my money in July 09 and STILL have not credited it to my account! San Antonio, Texas

In July of 2009, I made my regular auto insurance payment to USAA.     However, they NEVER credited said payment to my account!      Instead, they marked my account "late", DESPITE the fact that they had CASHED my check!

Here I am, Dec 4, 2009, and they STILL have not credited that payment to my account DESPITE the fact that I have sent PROOF that they CASHED my check in July of 2009!

I have wasted ENDLESS hours on the phone with their representatives - time that I really could not "afford" to waste!

I have been CONTINOUSLY insured with USAA since I was 20 years old!    I am now 58.   

Unfortunaely, because of the demands of my job, I have just not had time to shop for other insurance.     But, come the end of December, I will have a whole week off from work, until New Year's, and you had better believe that I WILL be SHOPPING for a new insurance company, DESPITE a LIFETIME committment to USAA!

Bottom line?    USAA owes me MONEY, INTEREST, TIME (hey! THe ENDLESS hours I've spent on the phone with them are WORTH something to me!)

USAA, supposedly has a good reputation in the insurance industry, but, as a LIFE LONG customer, I have to say, I am ANXIOUS to find another company -  one who will apply my payments to MY accounts, and who RECITIFY discrpencies ASAP!
