 I have been dealing with this horrible dishonest moving company now for 4 months. They took my deposit to book a move. They cancelled the move 1 hr. before they were suppose to show up. I have been fighting with them everyday now to get my deposit back. They rendered absolutely no service including customer service which amounted to Steven & Michelle in dispatch yelling cussing & threatening me everytime I called to get my deposit back. They told me it I removed all the truthful negative reviews I posted online, that they would consider refunding my money. Because I need that money back so desperately I did as they asked. They still kept giving me the run around & said I cost their company alot of money by posting the reviews. I finally got ahold of them again today & both Michelle & Steven said they were NOT going to refund my deposit even tho they rendered no services. WOW REALLY???? Isn't that considered fraud? Taking someones hard earned money with a contract stating they are going to provide a service meaning a long distance move & then not fulfilling that contract, nor rendering any service what so ever & then just keeping the money? Exactly why do they think they are entitled to keep my deposit? I did nothing, but hire them in good faith to provide a move. They are the ones that cancelled on me at the last minute. They are the ones that couldn't & wouldn't give me a future moving date. They have been extremely unprofessional, rude, & impossible to deal with. They are very dishonest & frankly operating a total scam company. I don't know how anyone that works there can even sleep at night knowing what they are doing to people. even trying my best for the past 4 months to do everything they've asked me to do, they still refuse to give me my money back. Well game on now. I will post reviews on everysite I can find & file complaints with every place I can to not only get my money back, but also to prevent them from doing the same thing to others! If I have to I will take them to court. At this point I will spend all the money I have & all the money I make in the future to get my money refunded from their RIPOFF moving company!!! I can only hope tha anyone looking to hire a moving company will read all the reviews first & know that I'm just writing the whole truth about my experience with moving network usa & not make the same mistake I did. Save yourself alot of money time & aggravation & DON"T USE THIS HORRIBLE RIPOFF RUDE COMPANY!!! If I can do anything at all possible to close this company down I will!!! I'm on a mission now & won't quit till I get my money back!!! WONDER IF THEY HAVE EVER HEARD THE WORD KARMA? It goes around & also comes back around. I certainly wouldn't want to be anyone of them when it does!!!
