Vacation Tour & Travel Agency LLC icoupon, thehotelcard.com, Carnival Criuse Lines Sold an all inclusive travel voucher for $549 then wants to charge $500+ when booking; more than real cost, Internet

We bought a travel voucher promoted on NBC today show jill's steals & deals for 2 nights hotel and 4night cruise from our choice of four ports. Miami, Fort Lauderdale, New Orleans, or Long Beach.  We want to go from Long Beach as we can drive there and visit family. 

Everytime we try to us the voucher we are told the category is sold out and we will have to pay an extra $530.00 to $580.00.  That particular cruise sells for $320.00 per person through the cruise line.  They also seem to be out of hotel rooms and want to charge another $50.00 to $150.00 a night to accomadate that part.

We had a year to make reservations and 18 months to travel.  We also had to book 90 days in advance.  But every time we called with a time span they wanted to charge us the upgrades.  We even gave them from 12-12-12 to 06-16-13 to accomadate us and were told sold out for the voucher price.

Three times we triied to use our voucher and every time we would have had to double the price to be accomadated.  No refund no alternate offer -- just more money.
