Vacationplay.com Danielle Longamore This company is stealing money from credit cards Woodstock, Georgia

I was looking for a vacation package on Daytona Beach and unfortunaly reach the vacationplay.com website and made the big mistake of giving then my credit card information to hold a vacation package of 3 nights 4 days at a Best Western Hotel at Daytona Beach, I carefully read the terms and conditions, that stated very clear that I will be contact by a Service Rep. to complete the reservation, because it was a vacation package that I will need to assist to a Tour presentation of a Resort for 90 mins, that tour was never explained and I never receive any information at all of where will be, time and everything, anyway, a day after I give then my credit card, I call then all day long, just to find that they where closed, I left a message asking to cancel everything, I keep calling next week but nobody answer the phone, and nobody call me back, they charge my card anyway, and when I finally was able to speak to a customer serv. rep. it was very rude and told me that I have only 24 hours beetwen the time that I provided the card to the time that the purchase is complete to cancel! Basically what they do is cath somebody on the internet, get the credit card info, and there is no way that you can cancel anything because they dont answer the phone, and you dont have an option to do it over the internet.

Also, they sold you a vacation package wich include a tour visit that they never provided any information about it. Currently I have a dispute investigation open, but I want to advise everyone out there NOT to do anything at all with this indecent company.
